At Verity Care Provisions we have developed a Consensus Diagnostic Team, that being, an Allied Health Team which can provide a suite of diagnostic assessments and complete both the diagnostic and Functional and Capacity Assessments. 

Our assessments can be used as evidence to support funding needs or NDIS applications and or direct therapy provision.

Assessments differ depending on the presenting issue, our team will recommend the best assessment pathway to get the answers you need. We involve you the participant, parents/family, teachers and other treatment providers where possible.

We provide Autism Spectrum (ASD), Intellectual Disability, Cognitive Assessments, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Functional Capacity (FCA) and Adaptive Behaviour Assessments (ABA).

Our clinical governance and advisory service is a cutting-edge neuro-affirming solution curated to enhance the experience and relationship for NDIS participants and their support services. 

For the participant:

We collaborate with you and your team to develop a comprehensive understanding of your needs through establishing effective governance structures and developing quality best practices, for holistic high-quality care.

For support teams/services:

Our expect team provide guidance in identifying and managing clinical risks, reducing adverse events, and improving participant and staff safety and wellbeing.

Our team of mental health clinicians provide holistic support to your staff by: 

• Training and working alongside them to understand participants with complex needs or presentations. 
• Individual or team debriefing sessions,
• Confidential counselling for their mental health and wellbeing. 
• and overall training to adopt best practices.

Our experienced therapists are qualified to treat children, teenagers and adults and follow evidence-based guidelines to provide extensive services to our clients.

We offer a multidisciplinary team approach that is client-centred and neuro-affirming, creating an inclusive and supportive service.

Location is no longer a barrier! Ask us about our confidential Telehealth services. Service delivery via digital platforms, such as teletherapy or telehealth, is now a widely accepted means of receiving therapy. 

The Pandemic restricted people’s movements outside their homes, particularly those who are vulnerable or immune-compromised. Distance has been a barrier in making Allied Health Services available to regional and remote areas. 

Many therapy sessions can occur as a telehealth appointment without affecting the quality of the treatment provided. There is no change to the way these sessions are funded. 

We are open to coordinating with regional and remote local health services and in response to client demand, we can travel, either individually or as a team, across the eastern sea board and into regional or remote areas with the aim to coordinate regular supports for clients based in these areas.
